Help with verifying Google Merchant Center Prestashop 1.6.1.

I am looking for someone who can help me with verifying Google Merchant Center on Prestashop 1.6.1. Here are the specific requirements for the project:
Specific Issues:
- I am facing error messages during verification process
- I am unable to place the verification code
I have placed a Google Merchant Center integration module on Prestashop 1.6.1. I created a product feed but now I can not verify my website in Merchant center.
To verify i need to add a a html file/tag manager of GA4 code to the <head> in prestashop 1.6 html.
I added a Tag Manager module but i can only add the ID of the Tag Manager container, so when i want to verify via tag manager in Google Merchant center its says : outline
