502 Gateway Prestashop error

We need to solve this issue urgent

we have installed app Super Speed - Incredibly fast - Webp, GTmetrix & Google v1.7.5
when you browse sometimes you get 502 error than refresh and site is loaded correctly .
if we disable the exxtension than 502 error is still there and no relaod helps
so we think is error of the extension , ( there is no support anymore )
also if you browse admin/moduls a 500 error comes after reload the modul section is loaded
