Fix a prestashop site

we have a website with a prestashop in our server.
We updated prestashop to version 8. But then several parts failed like payments.
We want to fix the site, or at least to move the actual database (articles and categories in 3 different languages) to a new site.
We can provide a copy of our actual database and site, so freelancer an work on his/her own server.
When fixed, files will be returned and installed again in our server with your assistance.
