Fix prestashop 1.7 attach file section issue -- 2

Hi all
I've worked with another freelancer that was not able to finish my work.
I need you to check my website and fix attach file section.
I've asked him to move the attach file section just before add to cart and to remove the SAVE CUSTOMIZATION button, so the attach file section would autosave the attached file.
The problem is that the website is not attaching file and it's not saving the attached file so i need you to complete the work.
