External customer registration page for Prestashop

I am looking for a skilled developer to help build an external customer registration page for our Prestashop platform. The primary purpose of the page is to collect demographic information about customers. We need it to include name and email phone number and privacy agreement, it require external social media login integration .
This page need to be accessible from a tablet in a retail shop where custome can self onboard on my prestashop site please note that we dont need to send password for access on my prestashop becouse we use Prestashop only like a POS in a retail shop not for Ecomerce.
When onboard is complete we need to show a thank you page.
Before access the Customer registration page we need a image slider where we can put graphics (2 or 3 images fullscreen) when customer whant to start the onboarding simply press over the slider and go to the registration page.
