Development webshop

Looking for someone who can consult, develop a webshop, preferably based on a commercial or open source product (and modules marketplace) such as woocommerce, bigcommerce, prestashop etc. for an online computer hardware store that comes with a custom computer configurator with pricing, ordering, stock/warehousing and order/quotation handling.

I already have a designer, need someone purely for the development, maintenance and consulting part.
