Development in Prestashop 1.7

We have created video content to our premium users. We have a system of suscription like Amazon Prime with premanent discounts in products (module Stripe Pro Recurring payments), and we want for Premium customers to add video content. So we need to create all logic of showing full content if user is already premium and restricted content if not already premium customer. We have all explained in document, and also the easier way to resolve the problem as our previus developer told us (the creator of the module Stripe Pro). The design part is done by us, we "only" need to develop all the logic to show some or other content.
