Debug Prestashop shop import (store locator modul)

Hi I need to upload a list of shops froms csv into prestashop 1.7.
the current plugin for mapping the stores seems fine in frontend but will not uppload more than 1 line of my csv.
(I tried quite much debugging, but format seems fine : First line is ok, and debug mode does not has error anymore).

I want fast debugg and will need to replicate the debugging on live site, once you have achieved the fix.

I need this to be done today.
