Customer service support - paid by hours

We are an e-commerce agency and we are looking for a freelance who help us giving customer service support in the websites from our clients. Mandatory: manage Prestashop, Crisp and Zendesk // Languages: Spanish and French (English is a plus). This freelance will be answering messages from customers by email/crisp or calls.
