Create app from Prestashop

My project is to create an app from my Prestashop powered eCommerce website. The app should be available for both iOS and Android, since I want to make sure customers have access to my site regardless of the device they use. Unfortunately, I don't have any design assets for the app, so whenever feasible creative direction will be provided by the selected freelancer. The main purpose of the app is for commerce, in order for customers to make purchases anywhere, anytime. The app will feature the same functionalities present on the website and the goal is to deliver an optimized mobile experience that allows customers to easily make purchases.
