Create Prestashop theme from my old Shopify store

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Prestashop theme for my online store. I have migrated from Shopify to Prestashop due to the better customization options and lower cost of Prestashop. Shopify was not able to handle the high volume of products and customers that my store has.
I have a clear vision for the design and layout of the Prestashop theme and would like to retain both the product categories and payment options from my old Shopify store.
Ideal Skills and Experience:

New store is Prestashop 8.1.2 with Wharehouse and elementor. I need to update Warehouse to look and feel similar to old Shopify.
