Create a Prestashop module with a connection to our API

We're looking for a freelance developer capable of developing a Prestashop module connected to our API.
The aim of the module is to automate tasks that were previously carried out by a human operator. This module will be installed at dozens of our customers' sites to retrieve information for our marketplace and push information from our marketplace to Prestashop, all via our API.
The module MUST be developed in PHP, following the Prestashop best practices.
We've drawn up a functional specification containing mock-ups of what's expected that you can upload in order to give us your quote.
We'd like to start development as soon as possible.
