Creación de Plugin (modulo) Prestashop / Dev Plugin (module) Prestashop

Se necesita crear un Plugins que abra una formulario en un pop-up y que al llenar el formulario se agregue una linea a un Excel con la información.
2 Funcionalidades:
- Se necesita un botón de "Cotizar" En cada pagina de productos (Paginas individuales, donde aparece la descripción del producto, mas fotos, etc.) al presionar en contacto se debe abrir una ventana emergente / pop-, en esa ventana nueva tiene que existir un formulario de contacto, este formulario tiene los siguientes datos: Nombre, Correo, Numero, Producto relacionado (automáticamente se asigna, según el producto de la pagina donde el cliente presiono "Cotizar") y Mensaje.
- Al llenar el formulario y enviarlo, se agrega una linea a un Excel (Excel previamente existente) esta linea es la información que se lleno en el formulario.
Compatible con ultima versión de prestashop.
