Carrier price problem in Orders in Prestashop Backend
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We have a critical problem with some orders that is driving us crazy. My devs team dont find the issue, but is happening very often.
the problem is related to the carriers pricing. In the frontend all works good, the carriers show the prices needed and customer pays exactly what he has to pay in every situation.
We work with carrier ranges of prices, so when customer has order superior to some quantity, price change or its free. As in almost every ecommerce. And as I say in frontend all is good.
The problem is that for some orders, the backend in prestashop is showing different carrier price than it should.
It happens for stripe and paypal, and we have not found one clear pattern when this happens.
As seem to happen, the correct code make for the frontend calculation is not being the same in the backend, and that causes differences.
Is critical for us to solve this problem, as for our accountability department there are big differences at the end of the month and we have to start reviewing manually.
