Billing module for different operations for prestashop 1.7.8.1

Our prestashop system has a marketplace system that allows client A to sell to client B, we are an intermediary who earns commissions, what we want is that client A can issue invoice with tax for client B automatically when make purchases, but at the same time for each transfer we earn between 15 to 20% we need an invoice to be issued with tax on this but in our name for the Seller who is customer A, and at the same time that another is issued separately invoice for the buyer but in this case it is the freight to the name of us. It can be individual or group.
In the back ofice, we need you to generate a set of invoice that is from the seller and us, (which would be the commissions) and the purchased and us (which would be the freight). that this invoice is generated in a group and that it is sent by email to both the seller (commissions) and to our mail (freight)
