Adjusting a VAT beug on prestashop

Hello,
I am looking for an expert on Prestashop to solve a VAT problem on my Prestashop site.
I have developed a website for my distributor network, I would like my prices to be displayed in HT and that VAT is applied when the product is in the cart and when it proceeds to payment.
The problem is that there is a bug because when I indicate my price on my product sheet, an amount in HT, the box TTC at 20% does not calculate anything and leaves the same price as HT.
Also change the size of my logo on my menu homepage which is a little too big.
