Add 2 features to a Prestashop Plugin

We work integrating payment gateways and have an invoice service.
Recently we develop 2 prestashop plugins, one for configuration and invoicing, and one for adding the payment gateway. These work fine, but we need to add the following features:
1. Be able to use price modifications from product attributes and characteristics
Different product combinations generate different prices. This should be updated properly
2. Be able to select to which payment attribute this will be applied
We want to be able to enable the payment method only for the specified attribute
We will provide plugins code, and a test site.
