NO ACCESS TO BACKOFFICE PRESTASHOP

Hello, I have a recurring problem on my Prestashop site.
I am looking for a security expert on Prestashop, indeed I would like a thorough analysis of my site to understand why for two months I have recurring bugs, I access my backoffice login page, unfortunately by putting my good password and email I can not connect to my backoffice. So I have to make regular backups and make a backup when I have this bug.
Someone has already had this problem ? and could do an analysis to unblock this problem.
