Philippines Media Relations

I'm looking to build relationships with media outlets based in the Philippines. I have a specific message that I'd like to relay, so my goal is to target online news websites. I am open to suggestions for specific journalists or influencers to reach out to and build relationships with, as I do not have specific contacts at this time. I believe that creating relationships with the right media outlets and influencers is the key to success with media relations in this region. Additionally, I understand the importance of following up with any contacts made and how that can potentially build deeper long-term relationships with those in the media in the Philippines area.
