PR Agent for Toronto (Press Release Needed)

I'm looking for a PR agent, and ultimately a list of PR contacts in Toronto.
I'm no stranger to the media storm, press releases etc.
I'm hoping to get on local morning shows, etc for the release of a book I have (about spending two weeks in a straitjacket for the Michael J. Fox Foundation), it will also coincide with me appearing on a US TV show, airing on October 1st.
Looking for someone to reach out to news networks and blogs with a press release they create.
MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH.
