I need a event promoter

We will have an offline event on 19th September, 2022 at Luna Park big top. It's an infant formula new product launch event. We need to hire an event promotor to cast as a farmer (male preferred) to welcome the guests and introduce brand story, product selling points, etc in the venue before event start. Approved script will be provided.
The working hour is 5:30pm - 7:30pm 19th September.
