I am a qualified professional (MBA) with the experience of 21 plus years and a survivor.
I'm starting my own venture afresh with a very limited capital in hand.
In my career I have worked with global clients of repute like Microsoft, IBM and the likes.
The new venture that I intend to start is in the field of imparting unlocking human potential trainings, counseling and mentoring services to organizations across the world and to individuals as well
My services - is based on my decade long self-research on human mind. I'm the only person in the world who has been able to decode human mind both at conscious and unconscious level from spiritual, logical, psychological and scientific perspective
This not only makes my services unique but completely practical and implementable at grassroot level and not just mere talks.
I will be honest with you that extreme personal hardships that I have endured in my life over the last 40 years (my present age being 47) – have earned me this unique skill but has taken away from me a sound financial base to support my venture.
When you will read below you will find that I'm looking for very good talent but I'm very low on my budgets. Reason for this is - I've shared above. I do not want to hide anything and wish to operate with complete transparency, integrity and in good faith.

The person should be able to design highly effective professional presentations in 16:9 format and also marketing material.
Expected # of slides – that needs to be created are – 4 to 6 slides per following target audience:
1. Schools
2. Colleges
3. Corporates
4. Hospitals
5. Students
6. Teachers
7. Adults
8. Medical fraternity
9. My services
10. My credentials
Marketing material to be designed is:
1. Email flyers (A4 and A5 size)
2. Square snippets – to post on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
My niche is – which no one else is offering is - I don't preach. I enable people. I impart thorough understanding of human mind (conscious and unconscious) from psychological, spiritual, logical and scientific viewpoint. As, I have done decade long self-research myself in this field.
I will be sharing few of my works with you – so that you can understand my persona and my mind better. Only when you can understand – you will be able to create design that is concrete, genuine, authentic and impactful.
The person should be able to think out of the box and should be able to put self into my shoes.
The person should be able to create highly effective design without using jazzy, loud and flowery deign and colors and without using lot of boxes; circles, etc. to put text. Text in boxes, circles, etc. with boundaries – block a reader from easy reading. Reader should be able to read through presentations and flyers effortlessly, Design should reflect my true commitment, values and delivery capabilities.
The person should be able to communicate the values of commitment, honesty, integrity authenticity, uniqueness that I bring on table through my services.
Two slides on 16:9 format – to be submitted as samples on goodwill basis.
Slides will be reviewed and if found appropriate the project will be given on a one-time fees’ basis. Fees will be decided on a mutually convenient basis
Other requirements for the role
I'm not looking for people who over commit and under deliver. Neither I'm looking for people whose principal driver and motivator to work is money.
