Power BI presentation of data-set

I am looking for a freelancer to create a Power BI presentation for my HR employee data. I would like you to draft, how this data can be best presented - both high-level and drill-down. So the task is to give me your suggestion on how to visually 'read' the data - both to be used on management level (high-level), and by employees (detail level) and their managers (medium level).

Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Experience in creating visually appealing and informative presentations
- Knowledge of HR data analysis would be a plus, but not required
