Loan Advisor/ Processor

I get a lot of requests from people or corporations that need traditional loans.
I want to help, these people fund various businesses using traditional loans. I get various projects such as planting a forest, purchasing scrap metal, and lots of real estate and construction projects.
I need someone that can prepare and find investors and lenders for these projects. I have projects in various countries around the world. Columbia, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Nigeria The UAE, and many others.
I am looking for a professional to service these loan requests. This means being in charge of the process from A to Z. it means understanding the business or project prepare the information, apply for funding, follow up. Many of the requests may very not have any chance at getting funds, I cannot guarantee the success rate of any of the loans. With that being said I am ready to pay a flat fee for each successful loan that is funded and paid out, as well as a commission (if possible). In short, I will be glad to pay for success, when I get paid you you get paid. Loan requests that are not funded do not get any payout. I believe that good talent is hard to find, and I am looking to build long-term business relationships.
