I'm seeking a Learning and Development expert to enhance our ongoing employee training programs. The primary focus will be on:
1. Employees lack consistent technical skills across teams.
2. There is a gap in leadership skills among middle managers.
3. There is a low engagement rate with the current online learning platform.
4. There is a relatively slow adoption of AI solutions to improve self learning and development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs, with a focus on these three skill sets. Experience in a similar role is a plus.
