Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I have a script like a support situation where I describe what has to be done. Something like
1.- When the ticket is in ServiceNow.
a.- The customer at this point has received an automatic notification that we have received the ticket.
When is time to work on the ticket.
b.- You read the ticket, fill out the fields that have to be filled, update the title if needed, set the pending reason and so on. If you can provide an answer at this point, you do it.
c.- Review the information provided, note down what is missing, search for similar issues, consult your support colleagues.
d.- Call and write to the customer telling him what you are investigating and ask for missing information. If there is an error or problem, ask for logs, you know exist, do it in the first call.
e.- In case you managed to talk to the customer and asked for missing info and logs, also remember to tell the customer that you will get to him before a date in case you do not hear from him, You enter that date in your reminder and next action.
This is just a little bit of a longer script.... I am looking for a profesional way of tellign this story with drawings......
