Designing of Processflow , Onogram and Designing of document

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to design a process flow, organogram and design a document for my project. I do not have a process flow yet, so I need help in creating one that suits my purpose. The purpose of the process design is to create a new process. The freelancer will need to come up with innovative ideas and execute a suitable process flow. They should also design an organogram and develop a document that complies with the project requirements.
