Customer Support Specialists and Hostesses for Doha WebSummit 26-29 Feb 2024

I'm in need of a team of hostesses and technical university students in Doha to provide efficient and high-quality customer service support for various events. This role will involve managing enquiries, handling customer requests, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our attendees.
Key Skills and Experience:
• Excellent communication: Fluency in English and, ideally, Arabic is essential. You will need to confidently address customer concerns and questions.
• Being understanding and patient: You will often interact with a diverse range of people, some of whom may not be familiar with our processes or events. Your ability to empathize and handle these interactions patiently will be key.
Previous experience in customer service roles would be hugely beneficial, but more than that, I'm looking for individuals who are passionate about providing a positive experience for everyone at our events. If you think you're a good fit, I'd love to hear from you.
