Create a presentation for investors for the development of a small real estate townhouse project
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
The goal is to put together an attractive presentation of 6 to 12 slides that describe a real estate development opportunity. This will be a collaborative effort as I (employer) will provide guidance on the contents and data. Mainly looking for help with making the presentation visually effective and pleasing as I have not done power points (or other format) presentations in many years and am a bit rusted.
The project consists of buying a piece of land in Lakeland, Florida and building 8 townhouses and keeping them as rentals. Here's an example of the main aspects of the project which can be used as a template for the presentation.

Some knowledge of real estate investment presentations will be very helpful. Also, seen examples of other projects that may have some similarities might also be helpful.
