I need an Excel expert to create a frequency distribution for time series data, with the goal of enhancing predictive modeling.

Requirements:
- Work with time series data
- Data is aggregated monthly
- Excel proficiency, especially in data analysis tools
- Experience in predictive modeling is a plus
