Advanced Email Verification Intelligence System
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Project Overview:
I want to build an advanced email verification system that classifies any uploaded email ID into:
Valid
Invalid
Catch-All
The core challenge — and the real scope of this project — is Catch-All intelligence.
Most tools today only detect catch-all domains. I want to go one level deeper:
If an email is catch-all, the system should predict whether it is likely deliverable or dead, without sending test emails or buying third-party data.
In short:
Upload any email → System returns:
Valid
Invalid
Catch-All (Likely Deliverable)
Catch-All (Likely Undeliverable)
This is not a basic SMTP check project. It is about building logic, heuristics, and prediction mechanisms for catch-all emails.
I am looking for someone who:
Deeply understands email infrastructure (SMTP, MX, DNS, bounce logic, server behavior, handshake patterns, etc.)
Knows how modern email verification tools work internally
Has ideas or experience with:
Catch-all domain behavior analysis
Server response pattern analysis
Timing, greylisting, tarpitting, and rejection behaviors
Domain reputation & historical behavior modeling
Predictive logic for deliverability without sending emails
Can propose a clear mechanism, flow, or prototype for how this can be built
You do not need to build the full product upfront.
Your first task is to submit:
The technical approach
The logic flow
The mechanisms you will use
How the system will decide:
Valid vs Invalid
Catch-All
Catch-All but likely deliverable vs dead
Only candidates who understand this problem at a system level should apply.
