Need help to setup Toughen glass manufacturing plant

Hi,

Basically i want to setup Toughen glass manufacturing plant for home appliances like fridge, washing machine, tv etc.
We have client who require 3.2 mm toughen glass daily. So we require someone who can guide/help us in complete plant setup.
Like 1. which machine we can purchase?
2. What will the advantages of purchasing specific machine?
3. How much should we reduce production cost etc.
4. How to reduce scrap material?

More details:
We require monthly capacity 1 lakh to 3 lakh piece.
- Piece size (294mm * 425mm)
- Month means 26 days ( every Sunday plant will be closed)
- Plant will operate 8 hours per day. ( but machine should have capacity to work 24 hrs per day so we can increase production in future.)
