Setup impression tracking, conversion tracking for reddit ads

I need to track and pass back to Reddit something very simple, for my website (not an app).

I have a signup page here at example.app/signup
If a visitor enters their email address at this page, they are taken to a confirmation page at example.app/subscription-confirmed

Currently, I am paying Reddit ads based on visitors to my site, whether they take any action on it or not.
I want to run Reddit ads where I pay based on actions that users take on our app/site.

For this, Reddit needs something called an impression or click tracker, which needs to come through a 3rd party. More info here:

Most of the partners listed at the reddit - Adjust, Appsflyer, Artsai, Branch, Comscore, Kochava,
Singular, Sizmek, Tenjin -- have very complex product offerings and are deeply rooted in mobile apps.

How to set up the kochava side, to get the click trackers, impression trackers that I can pass to Reddit.
