PPC Expert Needed for Real Estate Lead Generation (Google Ads / Meta Ads)
Need an experienced PPC specialist to run high-quality lead generation campaigns for Real Estate (Residential/Commercial).
Must have experience in India-based real estate campaigns—understanding of RERA compliance, ad copy restrictions, and local targeting.
Should be able to create high-converting Google Search Ads, Display Ads, and Meta Lead Ads.
Must handle keyword research, negative keyword setup, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
Require proper tracking setup: GTM, Google Analytics 4, Conversion Tracking & Meta Pixel.
Expect daily optimization, improving CPL, CTR, Quality Score, and lead quality.
Should create engaging ad creatives, ad copies, and landing page suggestions.
Must share weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
Looking for someone who can deliver verified, sales-qualified leads, not just form fills.
Previous experience with Real Estate projects is mandatory (share portfolio/case studies).
