Need to consult with an expert in the Call Tracking Metrics platform

I am having an issue with DNI with various call settings and tracking sources. Need someone who is EXPERT to do a screenshare and resolve my issues. Simple for someone who knows the platform. DO NOT bid if you are not an expert with this service.
