create powershell script

Hi, I'm looking for a powershell script to do this:

download a zip with a folder inside it to the %TEMP% folder
unzip that folder
go the unziped folder
execute a file given file inside with arguments, this file/program will generate a report
send generated report to email (report can have different extentions)
delete report and folder permanentely (not to recyle bin)
add schedule task to download and repeat this process


Can you help with it?
