Use Powershell to export all SharePoint file histories in our cloud

Looking for someone to write Powershell script to export file histories from folders and subfolders in SharePoint to .csv or .xlsx. (Don't have MS E5 license so can't use audit log beyond last 90 days.) Need about 30 months of file histories. Simple output = file name, file size, user ID, date modified, time modified.
