Script for Devolutions Remote Desktop Manager Vaults

I need an experienced developer to create a script for me. The script should enumerate all folders in several of my Devolutions Remote Desktop Manager Vaults. It should set new permissions on the root vault level, setting inheritance to the first level folders of a vault, and then applying a custom set of permissions to the second or third level of folders in a vault.
