SCCM Collection Detection Script

I am seeking an adept PowerShell scripter. The script required must perform system administration tasks by identifying Statement Configuration Manager (SCCM) collections that meet certain, specified criteria. The exact criteria would be discussed once project starts. The script must send an email with detected collections.
