PowerShell script to get CPU usage and memory utilisation in your system and then create a service now incident where the short description should be (CPU usage: __% and memory utilisation: __%) with description of (top 3 process with highest memory utilisation and top 3 process with highest CPU usage) finally add a assignment group and priority number. Then fetch all the incident details on the console and then change the ticket state into WIP and routing the ticket into another assignment group, then send the updated details output in a mail. maintain a proper log file for both success and failure cases and handle necessary exception.
