Powershell script to query security log

I am looking for a Powershell script that can query the security log for successful logon and logoff and output the data in a CSV file. The script needs to show the logon and logoff times, username and computer ip address. The script does not need to run automatically at specified intervals, as I prefer manual execution. The ideal candidate for this job should have experience in Powershell scripting and be familiar with querying security logs. The final deliverable should be a well-documented script that can be easily executed and modified if necessary.
