Powershell Loop Script Troubleshooting

sitecore powershell script, line 25 $division is have problem bring back the object node (that should include all division's subitem nodes). i also feel i messed up in line 33 $plan that cause all of my bed, bath, garage, story, squarefeet not to return any data.
