Powershell to IIS Add Bytes Sent/Bytes Received

Small Project:
The mostly done/uploaded but not yet attempted script:
The only add is a change to a list of srvr default IIS Log headers ->> Add Bytes Sent/Bytes Received
1. Add Bytes Sent and Bytes Received to the IIS logfile – to the list of servers from: Servers.csv
2. I'll need to test and confirm the above added along with the rest of mostly already working PS1 is Ok without errors my side.
All of the rest of the script has worked in the environment in 2 separate scripts, and the Add IIS logfile headers is new but provided sample should work.
Just need help with my chaining and any improvements you might see.
