PowerShell Expert for AD & Exchange Management

I am in search of a highly skilled professional with vast knowledge, skills, and expertise in PowerShell and AD script to help navigate my company's Active Directory and Exchange Online management tasks which include automating scripts.
Responsibilities:
- Efficient management of Active Directory with a focus on User Account Management. You'll be dealing with the duties pertaining to maintaining and monitoring the user accounts and other included operations.
- Exchange Online management which involves overseeing, planning, and implementing strategies for successful execution and maintenance.
- Automating script for two specific tasks. First, the script should be able to delete user accounts every 2 years from the Archive OU. Second, we need automation in managing user account litigations.
Ideal skills:
For this job, deep knowledge and command over PowerShell and AD scripting is a must. Experience in handling user account management and familiarity with Exchange Online are vital. Additionally, prior experience in automating scripts for such contexts would be preferred.
