PowerShell Developer for CLI Module Development

I am in need of an experienced PowerShell developer to assist with developing custom modules. Specifically, the job will entail:
- Creating custom PowerShell modules
The ideal candidate is a PowerShell expert capable of building a command-line interface (CLI).
Proficiency in CLI development, scripting administration tasks and automation are all required skills. As the developed module will be used in an administration setting, understanding of administrative tasks workflow will be beneficial.
I have a PowerShell script designed to convert CSV files containing time series data into DAT files. However, when the CSV file has gaps or discontinuous data, the script creates multiple DAT files, splitting them at each gap. For instance, if there are 20 gaps in the data, it generates 20 separate DAT files. My goal is to have all the data consolidated into a single DAT file, regardless of the number of gaps in the source CSV.
