Power Shell Expert in script writing for Identity Authentication

Hello, I am looking for an expert in PowerShell scripting in Identity Authentication processes / systems. Focus is SAML 2.0 and OAuth. Scope: sporadically availability, 1 - 3 hours/week, more occasionally. You/Expert should be prepared to transfer knowledge in script writing. Knowledge in script writing in script language other than PowerShell should be availabel.
