Microsoft PowerShell Script - EAC and Defender Settings

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a Microsoft PowerShell script to configure Admin Center, EAC and Defender settings. I do not have any specific version of PowerShell in mind, so the freelancer can use their preferred version. As for input parameters and output formats for the script, I would need assistance in determining this.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell scripting
- Experience in configuring EAC and Defender settings
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Specific Functions Needed:
- The script will be used for multiple clients of mine. There would be 5-10 variables that need to be set per client before running.

- Configure SecOps mailbox in 365 Defender Advanced Delivery
- Configure Phishing Simulation in 365 Defender Advanced Delivery
- Configure User Report settings in 365 Defender
- Configure multiple multiple mail flow rules in EAC
