update rooms Script

this is going to be for long term and all scripts will be related to office 365 and exchange

input csv with emailaddress as the header
room@techimpact.c
room2@techimpact.c

run a script with the above input file against this command
set-CalendarProcessing -Identity $rooms -DeleteComments $False
