Expansion of cleaner application

already have the cleaner application made in PowerShell and I have to move it to visual studio. Add more scripting to list all the programs on user registered on system basis. Can list all users including guest and the softwares they installed under their username. Also have to add functionality to show master reference file and personal reference file.
