EUC Engineers with OS Knowledge Needed

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EUC Engineer to join our team and play a key role in managing and optimizing our end-user computing environment. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including managing AWS Workspaces, Tanium Deploy, Tanium Patch, images, and Active Directory group policies. You will work closely with other IT professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient user experience for all employees.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain AWS Workspaces, including user provisioning, application deployment, and security configurations.
• Utilize Tanium Deploy to automate software deployments and updates across the organization.
• Leverage Tanium Patch to ensure timely and efficient patching across all endpoints.
• Develop and maintain image standards for new and updated devices.
• Configure and manage Active Directory group policies to enforce security standards and compliance.
• Diagnose and resolve EUC-related issues quickly and efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest EUC technologies and best practices.
• Document processes and procedures to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new EUC initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related role, such as EUC Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, or Systems Administrator.
• Proven experience in managing AWS Workspaces, Tanium Deploy, Tanium Patch, and Active Directory group policies.
• Broad understanding of Windows 10/11 and imaging technologies.
• Excellent scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
1-year Project Duration
40 hours/Week
